Refund policy

Eligibility Criteria and Necessary Actions

To be considered for a refund of your Folligen8 product purchases, the following conditions must be meticulously satisfied:

 Sustained Treatment Participation:

 Remain actively engaged with your treatment regimen for a minimum duration of 164 days (equivalent to 24 weeks) from the date your initial package was delivered.

Adhere strictly to the directives provided with your product.

Progress Documentation:

Upload a minimum of five distinct sets of hair photographs to demonstrate lack of progress.

Each photographic submission must occur at intervals no less than 30 days apart, thereby reflecting ongoing commitment and progress.

Submission Window for Refund Request:

Formally initiate your refund request by emailing info@folligen8.co.uk and referencing your order number.

Such requests must be made strictly within the period commencing 164 days and concluding 180 days following the delivery of your first shipment.

Requests submitted prior to the 164-day threshold or subsequent to the 180-day deadline will be deemed ineligible and thus rejected.

Subsequent Process After Refund Application

Upon receipt of your request, and following a thorough review to verify compliance with the above stipulations, any approved refund will be issued to the original payment method utilised for the initial purchase.

Only the purchase cost associated with the purchased product is eligible for reimbursement, no postage costs or any other costs associated with the purchase will be refunded. Ancillary hair products or supplements included within your order are expressly excluded from this policy.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund

Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
