1. Delivery Method

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail (or our trusted courier partners) and delivered directly to your doorstep. We use reliable services to ensure your Folligen8 products arrive safely and on time.

2. Delivery Time

• UK Orders: Delivered in 2–3 working days.

International Orders: Usually delivered in 5–10 working days, depending on the destination and customs processing.

Note: During busy seasons or extreme weather, delivery times may vary slightly. Working days are Monday–Friday (excluding public holidays).

3. Shipping Costs

• UK Shipping: We offer Free Shipping on all UK orders.
• International Shipping:

1. £5.00 for orders below £30.
2. Free Shipping for orders of £30 and above.

(Note: You can adjust these price thresholds in your Shopify settings. If you prefer to charge for UK shipping, simply update this section.)

4. Customs & Duties

For international orders, import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be charged once the parcel arrives at the destination country. These charges are determined by the customs office of the specific destination.

Payment of these charges and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient and will not be covered by Folligen8. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your parcel at any time. Please allow a few hours after receiving the email for the tracking details to update in the system.

6. Delayed or Missing Order

If your estimated delivery time has passed, please:

• Check your tracking link for the latest update.
• Allow a few extra days for local postal or customs delays.
• If you have still not received your order, please contact our Customer Service team at info@folligen8.co.uk and we will resolve the issue immediately.

7. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order before it is processed or dispatched by contacting us at info@folligen8.co.uk. Once an order has been shipped, it falls under our Returns & Refund Policy.
